Rachel Posted September 24, 2006 Posted September 24, 2006 Well, this concept just popped into my head today. What I basically tried to do is make a home uniform with a grey jersey. Even I think that's weird. But either way, here it is. Go easy on me, it one of my first real concepts. And yes, I know, the belt is messed up.
steiny_ramone Posted September 24, 2006 Posted September 24, 2006 A grey home jersey? That never would have occured to me. I see where you're going with this, but I'm gonna have to say no.Maybe as a fashion jersey, but not on the field. facespace?http://www.myspace.com/seancalcottmusic http://www.myspace.com/forgottentoys

Rachel Posted September 24, 2006 Author Posted September 24, 2006 not a good idea for a gray home jersey and why the jays font?? Didn't really think about it as the Jays' font. Now that you've said it......
McCall Posted September 24, 2006 Posted September 24, 2006 I admire your vision, but I'm gonna hafta say no. Just don't think gray is an alt. jersey option. https://dribbble.com/MakaioCall
averyj Posted September 24, 2006 Posted September 24, 2006 I'd have to say no. I know the sox are experimenting with green now, maybe try that... You know, I rarely visit ccslsc anymore. I really should fix that.
McCall Posted September 24, 2006 Posted September 24, 2006 I'd have to say no. I know the sox are experimenting with green now, maybe try that... They're not experimenting with green. It was a "halfway to St. Pat's day" promotion. Kinda stupid, but that was all. Not incorporating green in the foreseeable future. https://dribbble.com/MakaioCall
steiny_ramone Posted September 24, 2006 Posted September 24, 2006 If anything th e Red Sox should experiment with green. A green alt would be awesome. (Didn't they have a St. Patty's day alt? I thought they did. It was much better than their red jersey) facespace?http://www.myspace.com/seancalcottmusic http://www.myspace.com/forgottentoys

Shumway Posted September 25, 2006 Posted September 25, 2006 Although it wouldn't work since road teams wear gray, I think it'd look pretty good. If my memory serves, some college teams wear white pants on the road, with a colored jersey, so it could work in that sense. THe only change I'd make is to make the socks black.
josh_cat_eyes Posted September 25, 2006 Posted September 25, 2006 Its a good concept but a bit plain. I would say no for a home jersey. Maybe something else. Good job for your first though!!
