I like the logo and the colors, but this template doesnt work for the bruins.

I'm not rating on a scale.

Rather, that logo would look great on their current alternate, which is kindof what you've done.  But you've taken the best part out of it, the segmented trim.

Excellent for an Expansion Team but not for an Original Six franchise. The Bruins are the ONLY Original Six franchise that dress like an Expansion team (all three jersey's should not be worn by this team!).

The black area at the bottom and the accompaning white stripe reminds me of ottawa a bit. I think the bottom is the only part that I don't like about the concept. I don't know how i feel about the white collar the way it dips down that white trim either.

I agree wholeheartedly.

So many teams have better bear-heads... from the NBA's Grizzlies even down to the Bruins farm-club, Providence, and their Barbra Streisand-esque bear.

Even this X-Line logo doesn't fix the real problem, which is the fact that on the ice it just looks like a large brown muddled stain on the front of the jersey.
