CJR
Since the "artist" I was working with quit, I've had to give myself a crash course on Illustrator for a project. Can anyone tell me how to make my text arch? It's gotta be a stupid question since I've done it in Photoshop but I can't find out how in Illustrator. Thanks for any help. CJR
I'll answer my own question for future reference for anyone else learning Illustrator... You can attach text to a path, so draw an elipse and attach the text to that to arch it.
CC97
Yes, there's an option in your Text window that allows you to type text along a path
bods39
you can also use an aftermarket program "plug-in"called Vector Effects. It allows you to arch textafter you converted it to paths. It's how you geteffects like Chris's name in his logo.
