GeorgesL Posted October 25, 2006 Share Posted October 25, 2006 Here's MY take on the uniforms of my pride 'n joy-the Montréal Alouettes!!!The tri-colour look with the silver, loved these ever since they came out in '99.Best road unis ever!The black jerseys with silver...very Detroit Lions, doesn't sit well with the Als.The alt blues with silver...much much better than the black.Not a fan of the all-blue. The side stripes don't co-inside with each other.continued...PART IIThe white-on-red looks pretty snazzy.NO, NO, NOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!! Ok so maybe the black jersey and silver pants and the blue one with silver pants are OK but 2 out of 7 is terrible.And whats with the bib. steve61 Posted October 26, 2006 Share Posted October 26, 2006 There's a pretty reliable rumour that the Als current home jersey will be scrapped next season and replaced with the current blue alt (with the maroon numbers).They will then use the black alt (possibly with some minor modifications) as their regular alt.I think both of these will be bad moves as I don't mind their current home jersey and hate both the current blue and black alt.
