I like monochrome done right. The Cardinals all-red looks good. The white shoulders help out the transition.

The vikings all-white monochrome is an example of ugly. If they did all-purple though, that wouldn't look too bad.

Those all red Cardinals abominations look even more ridiculous when compared to the Cowboys uniforms, mismatched colors and all. The Cardinals look like a freakin' poorly dressed Arena League or high school team. The horror...the horror... :D

White shoulders? Are you talking about white armpit slashes?

Either way, these are horrible. I have yet to see a team that looks even decent in monochromes.

Seattle's are still the worst, and the Bengals are probably 2nd. As bad as these look, I dont think they look as bad as other mono teams. These are terrible mismatched, though.

sock - red

pants - red

jerseys - red

helmets - WHITE

I think that would look better if the pants had more white on them. and they showed more of the white in their socks. These are just painfull to look at. Men in tight red outfits just isn't right for a contact sport. Let me add that I hate the Titans all blue look as well.

these are alright...i kinda like em.... they look different than other monochrome sets because it's not that "razzle-dazzle sparkly-material" it looks more like what they se to wear....(The pants at least)

(IMO)

BROWNS | BUCKEYES | CAVALIERS | INDIANS |

People hate the Seahawks' monochrome but praise this?

I'd still like to hear from the so-called fashion "experts" exactly what is wrong with the Seahawks monochromes?

The Cowboys were the team today in Arizona dressed like crap. But, those are "traditional" right, so they are OK with some of you?

Both teams look bad.

The Cowboys obviously need to get their act together.

The Cardinals white helmet prevents all red from working. White helmets just don't go well with all one color looks. The Titans look bad with it. The Jets look bad with it. The Dolphins look bad with it. And I'm pretty sure the Colts would look bad in it too. The Cardinals don't manage to be the exception.

This isn't basketball. Jerseys are not supposed to match pants in football, unless it is all white.

The colors suck - the navy is too light. It looks too similar to the other blue, and doesn't stand out on the jerseys. The navy needs to be darker, and the other blue needs to be lighter.

The fabric used - they took a page from the Miami Heat, using the worst possible fabric. When players sweat, these jerseys change colors. It is one thing wearing bland crap to start a game, but by the end of the first quarter, the bland crap is darker, taking away its definition. When the players sweat, the jerseys get darker, much darker than the helmets, and it is difficult to distinguish the blue in the body from the navy sleeves. I haven't seen any other football team who's uniforms change colors so drastically when the players sweat. If you could see the sleeves/number outline on the jerseys in the 4th quarter, they wouldn't look so bad. Also, these jerseys show up horribly on TV. On endzone shots for fieldgoals, the players look like bluish blobs. It is enough to make you want to adjust the color and the contrast on your TV. They look different on TV than in person.

The pants - once again, the players sweating turns the blue darker, matching it with the navy on the stripe. On TV, all you can see is a thin lime green piping - not good. Also, the sweat marks make it look like all the players peed their pants.

Sleeve logo - the logos on their sleeves is the same size as the reebok logo. It looks really bad.

Worst of all - these steaming piles are replacing classic uniforms with classic, unique colors. Their current colors are unique, but not in a good way. They look like someone incorrectly mixed blue paint, and this came out. These jerseys are in the discount bin for $1 at Sherwin Williams. These jerseys have no character. They look like the team threw its history out the window and jumped on the "lets take our colors and make them darker" bandwagon. These jerseys would suck even if worn like a real football team, with contrasting jerseys and pants. They will look dated in a couple of years, and will have to be completely changed. They will be looked upon as an embarrassing period piece next to the White Sox' shorts and collars, the teal/purple craze of the 90s, and platform shoes.

About the only good things you can say about these jerseys - the helmets are good, and they didn't make their own crazy rounded, jagged, slanted font with triple outlines and drop shadows.
