I would also add a white stripe to the sleeves and collar of the teal jersey. Everything else is absolutely beautiful. I used to love the way they used their drop shadow, but it is wearing down on me, and I like what you have done better. They test uniform designs on the field, on video, etc., and I think that font might be a bit too funky. The 3 could look like an 8 from the stands. Maybe...Good job...
