*AJ*
The Southwest Michigan Devil Rays (yeah, I know, makes no sense) have really changed. They have moved from Battle Creek to Midland. Starting next season they will be the Great Lakes Loons. Not sure if its a change for the better. --->
totc
I like the Myrtle Beach change -- no teal! The road jerseys are particularly refreshing; last few years the Myrtle Beach script was stacked up Tampa Bay style. Wonder if they'll incorporate a blue and yellow version of the South Carolina flag? And, will they do another '70s night?Great Lakes Loons .... that's takes the Biscuit(s).And I don't like what the Yanks are doing to their farm clubs. I fear that any and all local identities for farm clubs are going to be subsumed under the Yankees brand name -- I'll protest if Steinbrenner rebrands the AA team "Trenton Yankees." eriqjaffe
Huh. I hadn't noticed that the Boise hawk carrying a bat forms a "B" until just now...
*AJ*
Great Lakes Loons .... that's takes the Biscuit(s).Kind of goes with the other team we have here in Michigan, the Lansing Lugnuts. I thought when the two team play they should call it the Asylum Series. One group of fames is Loon-ey and the other goes Nuts.
