Amazing how BAD the Canadian teams' uniforms were, wow.Oh, and the Magic's best uni combo was the blue. I really liked the pinstriped Magic Jerseys, especially the white ones. And Although I hadn't thought about it until now, the NBA had the Pacers, Bulls, Hornets, Magic and Rockets (and Raptors?) wearing pinstripes at the same time, unless I'm wrong. ManCalledAmp Posted December 11, 2006 Share Posted December 11, 2006 I guess it shows my age, but it kinda makes me feel old when I see things like the Orlando Magic throwbacks, because (though I've only been a hardcore sports fan since around 1999) it's one of the few times where teams are wearing throwbacks that I remember them wearing normally.The Magic unis were okay, but I agree that pinstripes have no place in basketball. Their current set (I feel) is an upgrade. It's bland, but clean. In other words, it's a start.And I have to say...come on! The blinding teal Grizz set isn't THAT bad. However, I'm waiting on the dust to collect on the black-and-teal set for Memphis, so the new Grizz can bust those out on occasion. The first uniforms for the first team I supported 110%? Priceless. Go Gators. Go Blue Raiders. Go Commodores. Go USC Trojans.Preds & Avs. Braves, Rays, & Dodgers. Titans, Colts, Broncos, Cardinals. Grizzlies. 14ers, Jam. Team Spirit + Laziness = Yay. There outta be a rule that no uniforms can be considered "throwbacks" if there are still players currently in the league who played while the unis were originally used.
