NBC 10's Sports Final, local news, George Michael's Sports Machine

Sports Final pretty much blows since Eskin left it. John Clark is too much of a smiley "everything's great!" douche. I try only to watch it if Eskin is appearing.

NBC 11 Sunday Sports Extra with Raj Mathai and Jerry Rice (yes, THAT Jerry Rice)

Yeah, it's absolutely PAINFUL to watch. Sheesh, I wish we got that Fred Roggin crap instead.

Raj Mathai is too freakin' smug for his own good, and Jerry Rice is another example why ex-jocks don't always make good tv folk (Joe Montana, anyone?)

At least it's marginally better than that idiotic Fifth Quarter on KTVU with sleazebag extreme Mark Ibanez.

In St. Louis we get the local news followed Sports Plus, an hour long local sports show. They cover all the highlights from the day at the beginning of the program and then the second half is usually dedicated to the Cardinals, Rams and Blues as well as some in studio interviews.

since when does George Michael have a sports show? Granted its been a while since i have watched anything network related.

Not the singer, the sportscaster...

"The George Michael Sports Machine" has been on since 1984 and will sign off in March 2007.

just be thankful that KNTV 11 out of san jose is now the bay area NBC affiliate. if it was still KRON 4, we would have to put up with the most self absored pompous a$$ of the bay area sports media, Gary "crab-hand" Radnich.
