Jaybird Posted January 4, 2007 Share Posted January 4, 2007 I have a concept idea for a basketball court for the University of Tennessee's Vols and Lady Vols basketball teams that would combine the elements of the past, present, and the future. This is my idea:Endlines (out of bounds basket areas): orange with white checkerboard pattern. Free throw lanes: Orange with "SEC" logo in the free throw lane.Sidelines: orange with either "TENNESSEE" on both sidelines.Center Court: Map of Tennessee in Orange.Upper left hand corner where center court meets sidelines: The Tennessee "T" like on the football helmets with "VOLUNTEERS" or "VOLS" underneath.Upper right hand corner where center court meets sidelines: Tennessee Lady Volunteers logo (White T in orange with "Lady Volunteers" in blue script).Lower left hand corner where center court meets sidelines: Thompson-Boling Assembly Center and Arena logo. Thompson-Boling Assembly Center and Arena LogoLower right hand corner where center court meets sidelines: "The Summitt" logo (The Summitt in white script with "Pat Summitt Court" underneath it).I'm not that good of an artist and I was wondering if anyone could help me on drawing the court or where I can get templates for basketball court design and coloring.
