cyandlux
This was something I was doing last year and recently updated some of the logos. So here is one of 3 original divisions. (NFLE stays as is) C&C is okay.

quantum
Your Tokyo Sharks concept doesn't have enough contrast in the colors. I think Tokyo should have at least one eye-popping bright color. The best color balance is the Hawaii concept. You should have more white in the concepts, except of course Singapore. The wordmark for the Hong Kong Dragons looks like the wordmark for the LA Dragons of the SFL. In fact, it's the same colors. Now, with this said, the diversity of colors used is a plus. Also, the artwork is excellent as always. "One of my concerns is shysters show up and take advantage of people's good will and generosity".
