NJTank Posted December 22, 2003 Posted December 22, 2003 Looks real good Joel www.sportsecyclopedia.com For the best in sports history go to the Sports E-Cyclopedia at http://www.sportsecyclopedia.com
Phil Posted December 22, 2003 Posted December 22, 2003 Looks good, a little big perhaps (had to scroll to be able to read media). Also, find a flash-y way to go about the "click to enter".Very nice.
fiasco! Posted December 22, 2003 Author Posted December 22, 2003 thanks guys....my boss wanted the 'click to enter' button, while i tried to fight for just using the image as a link to the main page.....oh well, you can't win them all. LinkedIn
CJR Posted December 22, 2003 Posted December 22, 2003 I agree with SyPhi that it's a bit big. It should all fit "above the fold" so you don't have to scroll on a monitor set to 800X600. Other than that, it looks pretty good. FantasyHockeySim.com || DetroitHockey.Net || DetroitHockey.Net FHL || cjr.dev
CC97 Posted December 22, 2003 Posted December 22, 2003 I'm the same as the rest, you gotta make it smaller... as they told me a million times in school -> if the user has to scroll it's no good.Things to remember, always design for 800x640 users, always test it in all browsers to look for little things like scrollbars, and such. What I usually do is make my flash designs 500px height maximum, 700px width maximum, fits in all windows. --- Chris Creamer Founder/Editor, SportsLogos.Net "The Mothership" • News • Facebook • X/Twitter • Instagram
