OB33
I have gone off my food. You can have my share.Deal In seriousness, great game by both sides today, I'm still trying to figure out how we won. I think I had about 14 heart attacks today, but the Colts found a way to come through, finally. Although history will still look on the Patriots as the better team this decade, its nice to know the Colts were able to get the monkey off their back. But the journey is far from over, we still have a huge challenge against the Bears who I think match-up very well against the Colts, it should be a great game.Martin Luther King Jr. Day was celebrated last week, and two African-American coaches are headed to the Super Bowl so I thought it might be fitting to have a quote from the Reverend to cap off this post, even if it's slightly taken out of context.Oppressed people cannot remain oppressed forever.EDIT: Forgot to add the Manning face: #CHOMPCHOMPCHOMP

shiznit1083
As I sit here, sad, in my room, with my chili stained Brady jersey, I reflect on the evening. As sad as I am, I feel confident that we'll be back. However, tonight belongs to the Colts. I'm not angry, because we didn't give the game away. I am sad, because they beat us. They absolutely deserved to win that game. The Colts and their fans deserve this. They've played second fiddle, and now their time in the spotlight has come.To the Colts fans: Enjoy this. At least one Pats fan envies you tonight.By the way, when does Spring Training start? Guest
This "willmorris" dope has been saying that the best NFC team is worse than the worst AFC team all season long. Go look in some old The 5 threads. Never mind how stupid that is; you'd think that after the NBA Finals, World Series, and BCS, people wouldn't say stuff like that. I think he's either a troll or just mentally feeble.

No whining, no "the ref's boned us", no excuses period. Sad his team lost, and gracious to the Colts fans.Well put shiz. Your team didn't embarass at all. FiddySicks
Ugghh. Thank you. Now the Super bowl will be somewhat enjoyable. As a lifetime U of Tennessee fan, and a fan of Manning (although ill admit I had ZERO hope for the guy at times), I can say I am extremely pleased with this result. But the thing im really sportin wood over is the fact that BOTH coaches are in some way or aother linked to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. It shows me just how good of an organization the Bucs have been over the past decade. Now call me crazy, but I think in many ways the Bucs are comparible to the dynasty that the Niners put togather in the 80's and 90's, of course, minus four Super Bowl wins.
