rmackman
The Florida Gators won both football and basketball, the World Series MVP was former Gator David Eckstein, the NBA Champion Miami Heat had former Gators Udonis Haslem and Jason Williams, former Gator Emmitt Smith won dancing of the stars, and the Bears have 4 ex-Gators to the Colts none! Therefore Chicago wins and Chris DiMarco wins the jacket in Augusta! "Every morning in Africa, a gazelle wakes up. It knows it must run faster than the fastest lion or it will be eaten. Every morning in Africa, a lion wakes up. It knows it must outrun the slowest gazelle or it will starve. It doesn't matter whether you're a lion or a gazelle. When the sun comes up, you'd better be running." - Unknown | Check out my articles on jerseys at Bacon Sports

Fred T. Jane
*smacks his forehead*Why do such people have to be Gator fans too...? [Croatia National Team Manager Slavan] Bilic then went on to explain how Croatia's success can partially be put down to his progressive man-management techniques. "Sometimes I lie in the bed with my players. I go to the room of Vedran Corluka and Luka Modric when I see they have a problem and I lie in bed with them and we talk for 10 minutes." Maybe Capello could try getting through to his players this way too? Although how far he'd get with Joe Cole jumping up and down on the mattress and Rooney demanding to be read his favourite page from The Very Hungry Caterpillar is open to question. --The Guardian's Fiver, 08 September 2008 Attention: In order to obtain maximum enjoyment from your stay at the CCSLC, the reader is advised that the above post may contain large amounts of sarcasm, dry humour, or statements which should not be taken in any true sort of seriousness. jkrdevil
One problem with the logic, Gators have been failures in the NFL. And people wonder why there is such hate for Florida and the other Florida schools in general.
-(dp)-
yup, and Michigan players have been pretty good in the NFL. The colts have two of them, Marlin Jackson, one of many good defensive backs in the NFL from U of M, (another going to enter this year in Leon Hall) and Cato June, also a former wolverine. Cato June has been good all year, and Marlin Jackson has been solid since he has been playing more, including making the pick that sealed the game from a fellow wolverine, Tom Brady. If what colleges your starters went to determines who will win, then it will be the colts. How many Super Bowls has Tom Brady won? Exactly. But really, I think the colts will win, but not for that reason, they are by far the better team.Well that could be bad news for Peyton Manning he never did beat the Gators. He also hadn't beat Tom Brady in the playoffs, and he did that this year. I am definitely not a colts fan, in fact I dislike both teams, but the colts will win.
See Red
Is there a more annoying person on the boards when their team wins? Seriously, I was almost cheering for Ohio State for this very reason.Besides, the Colts beat the Patriots already, who had four Gators.
