Dilbert
The Appy league of Minor League baseball will opperate with 9 teams as they could not find a replacement team for the Pulaski Blue Jays who Toronto dropped at the end of last year. This is going to cause a big scheduling nightmare. TBGKon
This is really too bad, but I don't know if there is any way to get around it. Hopefully next season some team sets up an Appy League team there.Other than Pulaski, what other cities could be used for an Appy League team? Lee.
The easy solution is to have a league-operated road team, and keep finding a home for them for next year.Trail, not that I'm coming over for Lemonade, but whereabouts are you? gueman
Blacksburg Va. would seem to be a logical choice and could use English Field at Va. Tech. if they could get around the NCAA ban of alcohol in facilities. I thought the Carolina Panthers were given a waiver when they played at Clemson. Lee.
Obviously, a ragtag gang of roustabouts who beat the odds to become league champs, regardless of the antics of their owner, former showgirl Rachel Phelps. Welcome to DrunjFlix
