This cartoon-ish style won't exist in major leagues though. But it must be a great feeling having a team use your logo, its a great designed logo. PS. I was gradually losing interest in sports anyway. Then I got divorced, and my priorities were shuffled. Part of that was realizing that I didn't have an emotional attachment to teams or sports anymore. I still read the sports pages every day, and watch the odd game now and then. I still enjoy the storylines, and to some degree root for and against teams and players. Next year....If you need more proof, venture into either of the two Senators stores in Binghamton. They have converted about 70% of their merchandise to the new Senator head. But he was told that those were the rules for the AHL this year.And I know alot of people are skeptical when someone gives info and then says "my friends boyfriend's aunt told me."But trust me when I say I know the actual designer.
