averyj
When I hear "Jaguars" I don't really think of blue.Basing your color scheme off of a small element in a logo (In this case the teal tongue) doesn't really make sense.Everything that's blue - change to tan, and everything that's tan - change to blue. Also, stick with one helmet.Your outline on the numbers is too thin to be noticeable, make it larger! - That includes the side panels. Also, the number font you chose is kind of thin for my liking. Bolder, wider!Continuing on, the nameplate font needs to be football appropriate. Finally, I'd move the numbers down a tad.Good execution of this concept.Hope this helps! You know, I rarely visit ccslsc anymore. I really should fix that.
JCC
Its not bad. It seems to be incomplete. I think it would be better if you add a logo on both uniforms and put white numbers on the home one.

VitaminD
There's some potential here.Emphasizing teal is a nice move back to their original identity. The Jags are another team that overuses black to the point where they've eliminated almost every other trace of color. Some thoughts:- one helmet, tops. This isn't baseball.- black numbers on a teal background are hard enough to read on a static 2D image. They'll be impossible to read on athletes in motion. Numbers are there to identify players; they're not just a design element.- the sleeves are a little plain, with only black sleeve cuffing to spice them up.- trading the Jags' unique number font for Varsity block robs them of an element of their identity.- socks must be white in their bottom half, per NFL rules. "Start spreading the news... They're leavin' today... Won't get to be a part of it... In old New York..."In order for the Mets' run of 12 losses in 17 games to mean something, the Phillies still had to win 13 of 17.

Fyrwulf
I would honestly prefer it if you would keep the piping and pants stripes the same so that uniforms can be mixed and matched.
