leedsunited
Too much black? You guys are the barcodes.
martijn
Another picture here, and I'm still not keen on it.The shirt looks ok by itself, although the three stripes look tacked on as an afterthought (as ever), and the club badge seems secondary to the adidas logo, as commented earlier. The northern rock logo looks almost like it's photshopped. A slightly darker black than the stripes maybe? Interested to see what the back looks like. I'd love to see a return to red numbers, but adidas don't seem to like them. I guess black or white on a solid square background would be the next best. Gothamite
Another picture here, and I'm still not keen on it.Looks much better on him than lying flat - I didn't realize that the striped area sloped inwards, like a bib. yh
Does that Newcastle kit come with a yellow flag to tuck into the back pocket?
martijn
Did a bit of digging and came up with this. Not sure whether it's genuine, but looks as if it could be. Some nice touches.Sorry I'm in a rush and I can't seem to link the pictures directly. gordie_delini
it looks good to me - i would love it if this were genuine - and if it is means that nike has kept the class act going for next season - woohoo!!!
harperdc
wow - that's clean. I'd wonder if they would start wearing them at the end of this year on the anniversary of their win, too...the nikefit logo looks legit, I've seen it on a bunch of Oregon stuff (not game-style wear, but new practice wear...and certainly Nike) at the bookstore on some basketball gear. Wow...that'd be cool.
MJWalker45
I wonder if this would be a Europe only top or if they plan to wear these all year regardless of competition
Joely
Much agreed on the newcastle shirt flat, it does look better, however we are the 'magpies' not the "barcodes", and magpies have blue on their bodies...oh wellwould be nice for celtic to use the gold for the anniversary, and in portugese too. That in itslef is intriguing - are they going to play inter again as an anniversary (they are both nike teams so as a friendly would maek sense - like the old umbro tournament in amsterdam) - maybe with a game in lisbon/against sporting or benfica? martijn
New Republic of Ireland shirtSad to see it's the same Umbro template. Wouldn't it be nice to think a company would spend more than half an hour designing an international football shirt? Also, does anyone else think the FAI badge looks like a suction ball? MJWalker45
Sweden is wearing this same design for their home jerseys. They did change their number font to one that is easier to read.
harperdc
looks like that bottom 'suction ball' part on the FAI logo is supposed to be a shamrock.
The Swamp Yankee
Nottingham Forest will unveil their new aways on May 5th. They look to be white with some balck and red accents. They will also unveil new third jerseys later in the year.

martijn
NEW Norwich City FC Away kits revealed:What an awful pair of socks. Unless they're talkin' baseball that is...I know they've had red kits in the past occasionally, but it just doesn't say Norwich to me. Hopefully this can be filed away as a temporary blip along with the Pirates red vests.
