KevinMcD
22/28 so far, not doing so good. But only had 3 sweet sixteen teams out (GW, Marquette, Creighton)I need USC, Villanova, Florida, and SIU to win tonight to stay alive in my pool.
buzzcut
I cant see VA Tech beating So. Ill or Holy Cross they were lucky to beat Illinois.Serves the Illini right. :BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA: The CCSLC's resident Geelong Cats fan. Viva La Vida or Death And All His Friends. Fred T. Jane
21/28 so far, with all Sweet 16 teams left. [Croatia National Team Manager Slavan] Bilic then went on to explain how Croatia's success can partially be put down to his progressive man-management techniques. "Sometimes I lie in the bed with my players. I go to the room of Vedran Corluka and Luka Modric when I see they have a problem and I lie in bed with them and we talk for 10 minutes." Maybe Capello could try getting through to his players this way too? Although how far he'd get with Joe Cole jumping up and down on the mattress and Rooney demanding to be read his favourite page from The Very Hungry Caterpillar is open to question. --The Guardian's Fiver, 08 September 2008 Attention: In order to obtain maximum enjoyment from your stay at the CCSLC, the reader is advised that the above post may contain large amounts of sarcasm, dry humour, or statements which should not be taken in any true sort of seriousness. fiasco!
23/28 so far....only one Sweet 16 team gone. As for the rest of the night, Arkansas, Southern Illinois, Florida, and Villanova wins would make me happy. Twitter | Design | LinkedIn

PeytonManningRocks
Wow....I only have 20 of my 28 picks right so far, yet 15 of my 16 Sweet 16 teams are still alive (screw VaTech for beating Illinois!!) I just need Florida to win and that seems like an easy task. Go USC, Florida, SIU and UK! Then I can at least have 3/4 of my picks correct! HedleyLamarr
Let's face it. Anyone who puts up 121 in an NCAA tournament game is just running the score up, especially considering they won by 30.What.....should Tennessee just dribble the ball for 30 seconds, then chuck it in the stands on every possession? RyanB06
20/32...I knew there was a reason I called my pick 'em entry "Bracket Busted"...because that's exactly what it is.Easily the worst first round I've had in a while. VandyDelphia Mike
26/32 after round 1.15 of 16 of my Sweet Sixteen are still alive. Villanova let me down. Not too shabby for putting all of 3 minutes on Monday into completing the brackets. I've spent more time copying the picks onto various bracket sheets for multiple pools than acutally giving the games some thought. Think long, think wrong.
