UMass beat Clarkson in OT.

Wow!

Probably UMass' first ever tourney win.

My *unbiased* picks:

West Regional

Minnesota over North Dakota

Northeast Regional

New Hampshire over Boston College

East Regional

St. Cloud State over Clarkson

Midwest Regional

Notre Dame over Michigan State

Frozen Four

Minnesota over New Hampshire

St. Cloud State over Notre Dame

NCAA Final

Minnesota 3, St. Cloud State 1

EDIT: Oops, who'd have thought that there were Friday-Saturday Regions! Oh well, I still stand by my picks.

I saw the 3rd period and OT of UND-Minnesota. Awesome ending. My favorite stat of the tournament: Frozen Four makeup--ZERO #1 seeds, a #2, and three #3 seeds.

Another incredible Sioux-Gophers game with UND winning in overtime.

You see games like that and it makes you wonder why college hockey isn't more popular. I think any type of sports fan would enjoy that.

Not on (free) TV enough. Most people probably don't even know there's such thing as college hockey.

bumpin this back up. Michigan St up 4-2 in the 3rd. I'm hoping for an all green final, MSU/UND.

Boo... Go BC! :hockeysmiley:

Great comeback by MSU. I turned on the TV after Maine had scored the second goal and I said "blowout". How wrong was I. Congrats Spartans.
