scottysprings
Hey, I'm designing a logo set for a fantasy basketball team: the Vancouver Mountaineers. I created a few base word marks and was wondering which color combos you all like- 1, 2, 3, or 4. I'm trying to use Vancouver's colors.
bulldogbarks55
If I had to choose I'd pick #1. But having made basketball uniforms for 40 years I've got to tell you the word is just too long to fit on a basketball jersey. And with its size being reduced to fit and no spacing between the letters it will be awfully tough to read. Can't you come up with a shorter name? Frenchie
I would say any BUT #1.I want to minimize the blue, and emphasize the green, so I'll pick:#2 @Frenchie_TO Owner of the Rochester Americans of the MLH Owner of the Toronto Frenchies of the GCFHL6
Neon_Matrix
The arching it and streching the letters vertically when you do. It could solve the problem of it fitting on a jersey... Milo Meningocele
#1, easily.IMO the green/blue get lost in one another when used as the two outermost colors, as in 2 & 3. You definitely need that yellow to set them apart. The difference between 1 & 2 to me is that green seems much more natural to use as trim color for blue than vice versa. rmered
Put me down for a box of Number 1.Though I'd be happier with a darker shade of Blue. Oh, and I've got a site.Footy Jumpers Dot Com
Brendan
Blue, yellow and green arn't really Vancouver colors. Try using navy, red and sliver like the canucks. Or just blue and green.
