OB33
Ahh yes, opening day. Everyone starts out at 0-0, or in the Nationals case, the closest they'll get to .500 all year.
McCall
Okay, so the Cardinals stunk it up last night. They had better play better tomorrow night when I'm there. I mean the seeing the Ring Ceremony and getting a ring (replica) myself may alone be worth the $65 a piece I payed for 2 bleacher tickets, but I wanna see them win a g*d d@mn game, too.But nonetheless, Baseball is Back!! The best time of the year!!

I am going to try to stay positive about the Pirates, all I ask is that nobody try to bring me back to reality, at least for today.

meetthemets
Has it ever occurred to you that they set it that low because they want to encourage betting? There probably aren't a slew of gamblers heading to the sports book to throw money of the Nats to win it all. It may stir people to place a small bet to win a big payoff but it's not something that's going to bring the casinos a lot of money by doing that. Whatever the number may be, it will just get bigger as the year goes on.
