Geoff
This is nothing new. Several NIFL teams have been on eBay. The last team to be on eBay in hockey was the Alaska Aces. They went on to win the Kelly Cup. Athletic Director: KTU Blue Grassers Football

Sodboy13
Would this be the Amarillo Gorillas? If so, let's all pool our resources and give the team a halfway-decent identity. gojetsgo
Apparently these are bad sources:http://www.azcentral.com/sports/coyotes/ar...tes0313-CP.htmlhttp://sports.yahoo.com/nhl/rumors/post/Co...e?urn=nhl,26294And of course I'm biased. OMMF
And of course I'm biased. Aren't all sports fans?Yes, but all sports fans don't interject that bias in to almost every discussion possible. I despise the Canadiens, Maple Leafs, Flyers, etc., as a Bruins fan, but whenever a thread comes up about them, I don't immediately hop in and deride that team with the intent of propping up mine. Teams of one team will always have ill feelings towards their rivals (perceived or otherwise) but maturity usually keeps those feelings from becoming uncivil.Edit: I take that back. I do interject when the Winter Hawks are mentioned, but as Frylock and the other OR residents know, it is all good fun and I can take it as well as I give it. Friendly banter is much different than "You took my ball, now I'm going to cry about it," or "My ball would be much nicer than yours is, even though it was mine to begin with. My ball will be played by more kids simply because the kids that live on my block are born wanting to play with this ball whereas you had to create interest in your ball."There are songs I love to listen to but hearing even the best jazz trio play the same tune over and over again gets tiring. And you are no jazz trio.

There's strong evidence to support the claim that a team could, at the present time, feasibly operate in Winnipeg, if there was someone to step up and put a team in the MTS Centre. Phil
FFS, get over it winnipeg.Don't worry, Bring Back the Jets stories only come out on a quarterly basis at this point, so it's not going to happen all too often. That said, I do believe that there's a wrong that needs to be righted here, and you'll pardon me if I speak to it when opportunities to do so arise.
