I'll have to dig out the pics I took of Brendan Morrow playing for the Oklahoma City Blazers during the NHL Lockout..

and Brad Lukowich playing for the Fort Worth Brahmas.

The King of them all......sorta......

I remember when MJ played baseball during his gambling suspension... I mean "first retirement."

man, I wish I had a picture...longtime NFL punter Matt Turk played one game for the Racine Raiders back in 94 or 95. Strangely, he didn't punt, he was used as a backup tight end. heh, come to think of it, I'd like to know if anybody had any pics of Eric Swann's semipro days (I guarantee damn near everybody currently in a BCS conference thinks they're too good to do what he did-he was academically ineligible to play for NC State, so he played semipro instead. Heh, name another semipro since 1990 who got drafted at all, never mind the first round.)

a ) That's pretty creepy seeing The Rocket in the minors.

b ) Holy s**t! He really looks out of shape!

Engine, Engine, Number Nine, on the New York transit line,

If my train goes off the track, pick it up! Pick it up! Pick it up!

Back on the scene, crispy and clean,

You can try, but then why, 'cause you can't intervene.

We be the outcast, down for the settle. Won't play the rock, won't play the pebble.

You do realize all of those pics are from last season (2006) as he was on his way up the Astros lineup.

We will get some new clemens in the Minors pics this year. Probably with the Yankees farm system.

? Scranton/Wilkes-Barre Yankees (AAA)

? Trenton Thunder (AA)

? Charleston RiverDogs (A)

Red Sox would be...

? Pawtucket Red Sox (AAA)

? Portland Sea Dogs (AA)

? Greenville Drive (A)

and even the dark horse Cardinals...

? Memphis Redbirds (AAA)

? Springfield Cardinals (AA)

? Swing of the Quad Cities (A)

Of course!(it's obviously not this year)

Still, something tells me he isn't in any better shape now. This fact is prompting me to have mixed feeling on whether or not the Yankees should use him as a remedy to their pitching woes.

To be honest, if he goes to the Yanks, I'd predict his Single A start would be with the Tampa Yankees, since Steinbrenner has a 10,000 seat stadium that would be packed if Clemens had a start there, and that he would pocket all funds as he owns that team/stadium.

Also, since he has a personal services contract with Drayton McLain, he won't be allowed to sign with St. Louis. Houston would be the "dark horse".

It's where I sit.

Aren't the Columbus Clippers in the Yankees farm system or am I wrong?
