Official NFL Draft and Draft Weekend Trades Thread

Brady looks devastated. Not sure I wanna draft a guy who looks so mentally hurt as Quinn. I wonder if ole Teddy just pulled a Jack In The Box "But what about the bun?" Spit out of his Pepsi after hearing that.

Whoa did Mort just say you had to deal with Joe Montana to Steve Young while comparing Quinn having to deal with Marino's legacy. Nice one.

Let me correct something I said earlier:

Brady Quinn 2007=AARON RODGERS 2005.

And this is the second time blondy's name has come up (they put it on the screen the first time; Chris Berman just uttered it again.)

How's that for free publicity? ANd who else can see a media frenzy into this girl's life in the vein of Anna Benson, Kris Benson's ex-lady? (Or are they still together?)

He had to have been the most suprised man in any room he was in when he got the call. Everybody in the world had Quinn at this point going to Miami as a 100% stone cold lock. Then Miami decides that they're gonna have faith in Daunte Culpepper. Amazing.

The commentators seem more flustered than Quinn himself is.

I know the draft is just a big :censored:ing crap shoot and all, but Teddy Ginn?

Mutha:censored:a, what???

I'm not saying they should have taken Quinn, but they sure as hell shouldn't have have taken Ginn. Enjoy sucking Miami. You can't blame Nick Saban for this one, fins fans.

I hope Quinn falls into Kansas City hands.

Where does KC pick? I could see that one happening...

Worse than Buffalo last year.

Thanks, Miami, for turning Brady Quinn into the story of the draft...lol

The Packers might be the perfect spot. I know they need a running back but I don't know if they really want Aaron Rodgers as Favre's sucessor. Also A.J. Hawk is Quinn's Brother-In-Law.

Why?

2007 Sugar Bowl --

LSU 41 ND 14

The NFL is full of SEC players.

Did you see the ND 2006 schedule? It was cream puff. This guyis overrated. He may be the best QB left in the draft. But the draft is weak in QBs.

He may be able to beat Army and Navy, but not the Pats.

Okoye goes to Houston.

Now Houston may have a defensive force to be reckoned with in coming years. They have been building that defense up lately.

I agree . That was Brady's future right there and Miami just threw it in the garbage. I hope Miamia goes dead last in this coming up season, and i hope Quinn goes to a playoff team.

Who knows what Quinns future holds now....

But Buffalo wasn't so bad last year after all.

However, I can totally see where they would draft Brady Quinn this year. I wouldn't at all be surprised to see that happen.

I think they was 12th-ranked last year...so yeah--the Texans is doing something good with the D there. Someone ot bookend Mario Williams may be just what the docotr ordered down there...

Okay...so who besides me sees Brady Quinn dropping STRAIGHT INTO HERMAN EDWARDS' PALMS AT #23??? (And in turn bring truth to my equation that Brady Quinn 2007=Aaron Rodgers 2005?)
