Whether or not the city of Philadelphia will ever fully accept him again is hard to say, as I recall they more or less drove him out of town and egged his house after the loss. I don't think these people give Philadelphia a bad name, hell these are the same people who booed Chris Chelios when the All-Star game was in Philadelphia. (At the All-Star game!) KP14 Posted May 10, 2007 Share Posted May 10, 2007 In my mind Chelios always got off too easily, the worst he got was Hextall attempting to pummel him with his waffleboard...and the boos he gets anytime he comes to town. For what he did Propp, and all the other stuff that (insert words here) has done through the years somebody really should have taken a piece out of him. This is a guy who while a another team's player is pinned up against his bench takes the butt end of his stick and rams it into the dude's eyes and mouth....that merits more than a brawl with a goalie.
