The Split Doubleheader

Going through the responses on this thread, is it safe to say that there will never be a doubleheader (traditional or day-night) in any of these cities?

Phoenix

St. Petersburg

Seattle

Toronto

Milwaukee

Minneapolis

Houston

I have no idea what the answer would be - but for those last four - when would be the last time a doubleheader was played in those cities?

Actually there is going to be a DH in Seattle this year, and its going to be a bizzaro one. To make up one of the 4 Snow Outs in Cleveland a game will be played in Seattle part of a DH but the Indians will have last licks.

Actually the Blue Jays had a DH in September of 2001 with the Indians (ironically), to make up for a rainout in Cleveland earlier in the season.
