ahlbrandt
Before you say anything, I realize the seams on the ball look crappy. For some reason I wasn't able to get them to look sharper. But as for the rest of it, any C&C would be great...
AHcreative
The baseball is VERY hard to see. And it would be even harder to see from a distance.

McCall
That font just doesn't work... and, other than ditching "Colorado", that was about the only change from the actual logo. https://dribbble.com/MakaioCall
mania
I agree that the font doesn't work, and it doesn't really look modernized. There are some changes, but they'd go completely unnoticed. Off The Top Rope: A Pro Wrestling Podcast
VitaminD
You may want to rethink using silver as an accent color on the white elements of the logo. Between the baseball and the snow, that's a lot of white. Silver doesn't show up or define anything. Purple is such a more natural choice - it's darker, and it is/should be the team's primary color. As for the font - it's a parallel move. It's more legible on uniforms than the current font, but that's only because of all the double lines. This is legible, but not necessarily better. "Start spreading the news... They're leavin' today... Won't get to be a part of it... In old New York..."In order for the Mets' run of 12 losses in 17 games to mean something, the Phillies still had to win 13 of 17.
