RBK jerseys first try

Hey guys! I've been trying out rbk templates for quite some time, but with paint, it's pretty hard! But with a little hard work and a lot of failure, I think that i've come up with something decent. I hope you'll like it. So, here goe's nothing?!?!

EDMONTON OILERS

Since Edmonton never had any MAJOR change over their history, I did'nt want to make any but still, I wanted to give them a relatively new look.

WASHINGTON CAPITALS

I don't know if anybody knew it, but the Caps will go back to red white and blue next year...lol... Do you think they could go with something like this?

Edmonton Oilers - i'm not a fan of them, but their original colours were the best and i'm hoping they go back to them.

Washington - looks like the team USA jerseys, i like them.

I think I've fallen in love with the Washington ones.

The outline on the shoulders doesn't really match the side panels unfortunately.

everything looks ok, except for the fact that you took ghettofarmboys helmet template and my pant template.

For some reasons, the Oilers don't look...exciting enough. The colours seem to run together. And you went star happy with the Capitals. 20 stars? What does that signify? Maybe reduce to 13...or up it to 50? Make that look good, and you'll solve a great mystery.

Despite my unconditional love for the colour ORANGE and my attachment to the Classic Gretzky/Messier ERA, I am loving the Oilers one.

That Silver effect in the logo is awesome.

Caps: not digging.

That "trim" (template) is way too common. A few national teams used it, including the USA, and so many Junior A team as well.

I think Leafs when I look at the Oilers set. It needs some orange.

the caps i love. but the oil one im conflicted on. I like the silver but with out the orange or copper it seems like something is missing. I think the oiler one works better if you used the logo on the macfarlane 3rds.

Very nice. I like how its traditional but yet futuristic. I love that oilers logo!!! I can really find any negitives and that is really good for you first try!! Good Job!

I think the oils one is okay actually. Nice and simple.

THe caps onw is near pefection. Maybe get rid of those stars towards the bottom on the sides, they look alittle outta place. And the bugsplat logo does that jersey no justice, it deserves a much better logo... but that aint really your fault.

Caps striping reminds me too much of the Flyers.

Oilers definitely works. I also like the logo.

Nice work, kroma. I'm not digging the Capitals jersey though. Washington needs a logo change altogether.

If they had to keep one of the current ones, I'd rather have the flying eagle.

As for the Edmonton Oilers concept, it's nicely done and for the colors used, it was utilized well without a doubt. However, I just think it needs more color. I tend to like their vintage 1980s/1990 jersey though and I'd prefer the team to go back to that full-time. I'm very happy the Oilers are getting rid of that miner logo on the shoulders. I couldn't stand them. If they weren't on the current set, I'd be all for them keeping what they have now. The lone exception being a makeover of the alternate, but keeping the alternate crest logo.
