Burning River
Man... I wish they were able to go back to that DARK shade of "wine". Having light gold unis at home would've been great, but the NBA wouldn't allow it.Not to hi-jack the thread: BUT... If you fumble around the sight, it also shows all of the court designs. Man... that 1st Gund Arena court is nasty...nasty...NASTY!!

SabreGuy
Wow, there really is 20 years worth of mistakes in there between two pretty good uni eras.

leedsunited
I really don't see one good set in that entire collection. What a sad, sad history. If I absolutely had to pick one, it'd probably be this one:Reminds me of Larry Nance

leedsunited
It is clear the best set is their current setI would have thought so myself, but I can't stand the navy alt that's not so-alt anymore, and the team name script looks more and more dated every time I see it. the admiral
Why are they pushing the navy so hard? The red one looks better, is truer to the idea of the wine and gold revival, and it matches the white jersey. I don't see any navy in the (snicker) proud history of the Cleveland Cavaliers. Also, this site creator should branch out and do all the jerseys and courts for all the teams. What a resource that would be, indeed.
Sport
Hellloooo tacky.I never played with the Cavs in NBA Live 98 because I hated this court.
TheStoicPaisano
I loved the very short run the team had with the blue roads with the Cavs logo before they put the Cleveland wordmark on there. Probably my first memories as a fan.As for the initial Gund Arena logo, that's the 90s for you. Remember the blast-off on the Rockets court? the admiral
I'm trying to find navy blue in the history of the Cavaliers, as a reason why maybe their third is paying tribute to some past era. The Marquette/DePaul block trim, okay, I see that, but why navy blue? They wore royal blue.
