nybatt Posted July 22, 2007 Share Posted July 22, 2007 watching the game tonight in detroit, marveling at how great both teams look in their negro league unis, AND with everyone wearing their pants appropriately, at or just below the knee. everyone, that is except for a few of the tigers. ordonez, polanco, and infante are almost to the cleat. c'mon boys, its just one night to look like ballplayers!!for us lovers of the "right" way to wear a baseball uni, these negro league games are the only ones where NO pajamas are worn. unfortunately even "throwback" unis are worn pajama or "business casual". oh well. at least ALL the monarchs got it "right".
