rob66
I wanted to know if anybody in this forum knows of any good places to get name and number kits from online, and if a local seamstress or tailor is the right place to bring it to, Its for a blank authentic yanks jersey, and a ny rangers white jersey. metsfan
Exclusive Pro Sports. They take awhile and their online customer service sucks but they do great work.Exclusive Pro Sports will not sell a lettering and number kit unless you mail the jersey to them and they sew it on. The Yankees use a standard Collegiate Block Font for their numbers and this could be done by any local customization shop that stocks that font. It should not be hard to find a local place to do it since most jerseys are customized with that style font. The Rangers kit can be purchased from a couple of seller on eBay and there are many places on the web that sell the kits for the NHL. harperdc
this seems the appropriate thread, so: who out there does NBA jerseys? I have a blank authentic Blazers jersey I bought off of eBay, and neither 20West or Exclusive do NBA. Any suggestions?
BallWonk
I wanted to know if anybody in this forum knows of any good places to get name and number kits from online, and if a local seamstress or tailor is the right place to bring it to, Its for a blank authentic yanks jersey, and a ny rangers white jersey. ThanksIt's well worth the extra $20 or whatever to send your jersey to Exclusive Pro Sports to have them do it. Your results will be perfect. But if you go your route, do not just take your numbers (or patches) and jersey to your local tailor or seamstress. Find a sporting goods or uniform shop that does uniform work. You might consider calling your local high school and asking where students get their letter jackets made, or where the baseball team gets its uniforms. Your local run-of-the-mill tailor or seamstress is exceptionally unlikely to stitch numbers (or patches) onto a uniform properly. Alignment will be off compared to a properly customized jersey, or the stitching will not be up to the standard you would want, or both. This is a case where there is no substitution for the expertise of a specialist.
