Sir Donald
The Hull Stingrays of the UK's EHIL have a great new logo. A tremendous advancement on their old logo:Old:http://www.answers.com/topic/logohullstingrays-jpgNew:http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:LogoHullStingrays.jpg
Brian in Boston
They're simply using the logo of the defunct American Basketball League's Long Beach Stingrays.
Sir Donald
Really? Wow didn't know that. Guess it keeps up the tradition of recycling old logos!
Hoopskid
Improvement, still not good tho.

swilson160
The old one was kind of quirky--love the tail holding the hockey stick...this one (aside from being a retread) is much more generic. Downgrade.
powersurge
Both logos are pretty bad IMO. I've always thought that with a creature like a stingray, which is so easy to render that you wouldn't over complicate a logo with it. The first logo kind of worked off of the simplicity, but unsuccessfully. The second logo is just way too complicated for my taste. 0-2 in my book. Maybe they should try a third time. Sir Donald
I agree the first one is better for the use of the Stingray - but it looks too basic (and I hate the triangular back) I think the new one is an upgrade in quality.
