Is it Tony Gwynn night or something? How much more can the Pads knob Gwynn? Not that I dislike him, hell, I actually really like the guy, but this has to be at least the 5th night of Tony Gwynn praise. And that same set was the basis of course for my little league uniforms back when I was on the Padres in I want to say 1995...I miss them... The uniforms were crap, but I really liked the solid navy cap. I wore it all the time. Plus, I don't think I have enough Halos hats (I have 7 right now). The blue and orange was decent, but nothing outstanding. I don't mind the current blue and white, but cannot stand the script/font used for "Padres" on the front of the jereseys. It's too bad that the yellow is the throwback of choice for most, because I'd love to find something in the brown/orange era. That was a great hat. And now they have blue like everyone else. Disclaimer: If this comment is about an NBA uniform from 2017-2018 or later, do not constitute a lack of acknowledgement of the corporate logo to mean anything other than "the corporate logo is terrible and makes the uniform significantly worse."
