Well the Mets have chose not to participate this winter, just like they wont win 50 games next year.

After such a collapse to do nothing in the off season is a joke, time for a new GM.

Uhhh yeah, I think we all can agree you definately need to learn not to push that panic button prematurely. <_<

Finally, I think Erik Bedard and Felix Hernandez form one of the best one and two pitchers in baseball.

Great trade for the O's.

They get their starter in center and possibly the closer for '08 and 3 great pitching prospects for a pitcher who would have left anyway via free agency next year. Sure Bedard is a great pitcher and will be for years but he said he doesnt want to be in Baltimore so get rid of him and rebuild.

Excellent trade for the O's. Jones is probably going to be in CF for the next 10 years at least. And the crazy part is I've heard that Tillman will probably be seen as the centerpiece of the deal 5 years or so from now.

I'm going to have to buy Tejada and Sosa jerseys on clearence, so I can change them to Jones and Markakis jerseys (assuming Jones keeps #10).

I know Tejada can't switch to 4 since it's retired with Earl Weaver. So Jones needs to pick another number.

Haven't seen this on here yet.

A's sign Mike Sweeney to minor league deal

I couldn't believe when I read that he has been in the league for 17 years. I don't think he will make the club until he grows greasy long hair.

Oh, great. Way to go Oakland, looks like they may just win, oh say 40 or so games now this season <_<

At 3:00 Eastern Standard Time on Sunday, February 10, 2008, the Washington Redskins introduced Jim Zorn as their new head coach. Coach Zorn has mentioned that he would hire an offensive coordinator, but he would work with the quarterbacks.

But can those quarterbacks throw a breaking ball?
