Pabig 65 Posted July 13, 2015 Schweinsteiger in a jersey that he will never wear in a match. Really odd that they still use the old stuff.
FloydMcLoyd 1 Posted July 13, 2015 ^Well, that will take some time to get used to it....Anyways, he looks good in it. Guess all that red kind of helps.
Soma 4 Posted July 28, 2015 Keith Hernandez in a Cardinals uni is wrong? 10 years, a batting title, an MVP, World Series ring. Certainly not. If he made it to the HOF it would be as a Cardinal. This on the other hand...The Cardinals are definitely not the 'wrong' team for Keith, but in no way would he go into the HOF as a Cardinal, even if the stats may say so. He is one of the faces of the Mets franchise. The HOF no longer lets the player decide what hat to where because Wade Boggs ruined it for everyone, but Keith would absolutely want to be a Met. Plus the HOF already robbed the Mets of one HOFer from the 1986 team. Anyway, this is moot.

Buster 245 Posted July 28, 2015 This one never looked right on him...or anyone. Valvoline will always be Mark Martin's proper uniform to me. Here's a weird one too...Viagra painted on the old Folgers scheme:

He raced that car for 4 years I think. And that's more than long enough to be considered right for any driver with how often sponsors switch

He'll always be a Tampa Bay Ray in my mind.(the picture doesn't work for some reason.)Price only really played parts of 6 seasons with the Rays. Considering he's not even 30 yet and on his third MLB team, I have a feeling he'll feel much less like a Ray when his career is over. I'm assuming he'll get a big pay day when the season is over and spend the next 6-7 years on his next team.

BBTV 20,970 Posted August 2, 2015 Not only is it the wrong uniform, it's the wrong face. Barely looks like him.I saw the hightlights from that game, and man do those baggy red uniforms just look unprofessional. Maybe I'm just used to seeing Hamels only in white or gray, but that really looked like a spring training game to me. I'm not against colored alternate uniforms, but seeing that game really made me think that maybe they should be reserved for the road. That alt pales in comparison to their normal white / blue home uniform. They need to pick a color and stick with it.
2001mark 1,204 Posted August 3, 2015 They actually look 'right' in those sweet Jays unis. There's something youthful about the Jays' look that always seems fun.

Anyways, Keith wore this in the booth last week during a Mets game. And are you refering to Gary Carter? Come on.. 12 years vs. 5. How mad would you be if Piazza has a Dodger cap on his HOF plaque? lol
