M4One
Bobby Orr Guy Lafleur Larry Robinson, better known as a Montreal Canadien. Steve Smith. Better known as a Edmonton Oiler, he banked the puck in off of Grant Fuhr, who also ended up playing for the Flames, into his own net. It ended up being the game winning goal in game 7 of the Smyth Division finals (2nd round) in 1986, costing Edmonton.
Unocal
Brad Daugherty's first season with the Cavs was the team's last one in those orange unis before they changed it to the blue-orange unis the Cavs of his era are well remembered for
GriffinM6
With his impending trade and this being the first season of these away jerseys, Marc-Andre Fleury is in the wrong uniform here.

A year later Pitino, trying to prove his worth as a GM, started wheeling and dealing players away and he traded Chauncey away. Pitino was a huge failure as a Celtics coach and worse as the GM.

Not really 'in action' since he's just kind of standing there, but here's Jim Zorn as a Buc.

There are plenty of pictures of Price in the Warriors yellow and blue set, but this is the only one I could find of him in this jersey. He only played one season with Golden State (96-97). Did they wear two different uniform sets that year? That photo must have been from a preseason game in looking him up on basketballreference, Price was traded to Orlando on October 28, 1997 and didn't play any regular season games as a Warrior that year, also with the uniform matchup make sit rare since the Warriors are in their new uniforms they introduced that year while for the Hornets 1997-98 was the first year of the set they wore their last five years in Charlotte but were still wearing their old alternate purple in the preseason.
