Adrian Gonzalez and Todd Frazier as New York Mets:

The Mets' standard home (and road) uniforms are gorgeous. Best in baseball, and I don't think it's particularly close.

How about Darrelle Revis as a Buc?

Seeing pictures of the old Bucs uniforms make me realize how sorely they are missed. They weren't anything too special at the time, but just due to their predecessor, they're somewhat of a modern classic in my eyes.

This isn't the best photo, but #40 is longtime NYG Ron Johnson, in his one partial season with the Dallas Cowboys. This comes from the Aug 7, 1976, preseason game which the Rams won, 26-14:

There's no glaring mismatching of colors in this pic.  Even if the Rams dark helmet blends in.

This happened????

When he was winding down, Titans offered him $1.5. He decided to decline. Dallas also offered $1.5 but with a lot of incentives. He started for 1/2 the year, lost his job and ended up inactive the last 3 games of the year (I assume to make sure he didn't reach any of those incentives). Helluva way to go out.

As I posted in the "Players on the "RIGHT" Team, but "WRONG" Uniform" thread, today is Kent Tekulve's birthday. Here he his as a Philadelphia Phillie.

And here he is in his last year as a Cincinnati Red. (Not pictured: The fact he wore #43 with the Reds.)

I miss the era of MLB when all the players looked like your dad.

The Diamondbacks word mark is underrated IMO

Only in a world where "underrated" means "eww yuck gross barf".

1) it looks like two separate words: "Diamond" "Backs", not "Diamondbacks"

2) stacked emblems have never looked good on a baseball uniform (possibly not on any uniform)

3) the shadows and extra white outline against the pinstripe backdrop is a bit much.
