Dan Rooney drafted him(a steal in the 9th round) but the boneheaded coach cut him before he even played a preseason game. He thought he already had 3 good qbs and didn't even want to entertain the thought of seeing another. Pretty sad for steelers fans since he's was a hometown Pittsburgh kid.
