(Also, you're using the old BC uniforms; I'm not sure if you care.)They are saved as a gif to conserve space and still keep the transparency surrounding the sig. For example a png of the Clemson sig is 144k as a png and 60k as a gif. Gif is a more recognizable format. I know it might not sound like much but considering that as I'm working on these, all of the data is saved on my 4G thumb drive, so I can work on multiple computers, and I usually average around 150 of these sigs, I need to conserve space as much as I can.
