I don't know which cable provider a lot of you have but my cable provider (COX communications) plans to drop ESPN if an agreement is made. I mean ESPN wants Cox and customers to pay more for connections, but ESPN is practically the only station I watch. Here's some links:

ESPN's side: http://www.keepESPN.com

What do you guys think or the guys who have Cox think?

I dont have Cox, and I'm glad I don't.

If I were you Id look into a Satelite Dish if they remove ESPN if thats what you watch the most, then its worth keeping cable then, go for the Dish. Just dont choose Dish Network Choose Direct TV.

Yeah, I'm looking into a dish if Cox drops ESPN. Most people on the sites I provided and the TV commercials state that they will buy a dish and drop Cox if they drop ESPN.

dish network about dropped ESPN last year.  it did drop ABC Family to prove (some point) that the Disney/ABC wanted too much for must carry channel packages, it was later added during contract negotiations.  but it brings up what can you do to keep what you want to watch?
