Zoop Posted May 25, 2008 Share Posted May 25, 2008 Figured I'd take a crack at a different color scheme just for giggles...You left some red in the middle of the A's dude. :-)Here's my try. Darkened the green and made all the letters/numbers white to stand out. monotoned the MLB logo and also took out the highlights from the World Series font cuz I think they look out of place. Also, took off those two dots on the banner, they seem weird to me whatever they are supposed to represent. Just simpler and cleaner I feel (although it was sort of a rush job so "clean" might be a stretch)The diamond reminds me of the Rays' logo. cmm Posted May 25, 2008 Share Posted May 25, 2008 I don't like how the R in Series dips lower than the rest of the letters, but the R in World doesn't. I'm also not a fan of the leaves. I might be in the minority, but I liked the 2-pennant image from some of the more recent logos, since the NL and AL champions "win the pennant."
