Surely a stronger (read identical) connection with the dallas logo would help the popularity of the team, and not look horrible...whats with the narrow black border around the edge of the star and lettering? I also do not like the font of the word Texas, it looks like it was done quickly in Paint. The gold is not bad though. Overall: Huge, huge downgrade! I was hoping that the Texas Stars would use the same logo and jerseys just change it the word to Texas.Instead they made this piece of crap. ew. But I've got a bad feeling the uniforms are going to bear a striking similarity to what Dallas is wearing now. Honestly, the whole "Texas" thing is dumb, especially since the team has the same nickname as the parent club, which is located in the same state. "Austin Stars" works so much better in this scenario.
