Couldn't hurt.He openly campaigned for the job back in 95. He wanted to be GM, and have Vermeil come back as coach. Vermeil was on board with the plan too. I forget the exact reason why it didn't work out, but eventually the job went to Ray Rhodes, and... well we know how that worked out.I don't know what Philly was smoking that offseason.Not hiring Jaws...
