Updated with logos from running, cycling, rodeo(ing) and horseshoes (close counts in that sport).

Anyone have a Utah shaped Olympic logo? Or any Wyoming logo with a rectangular background?

If this was a movie poster, the Kansas City Chief will be the main character :-)

There was a Northern League baseball team back in the 1960s called the Bismarck-Mandan Pards. They had a similar logo to the Twins shaking-hands logo (they were originally a Twins Class A team), only on the state of North Dakota, of course, instead of Minnesota. I was looking for that logo online but couldn't find it.

What's with the half-assed Colorado logo?

It was listed as an alt for the Avalanche (http://www.sportslogos.net/logo.php?id=65). I don't think it's meant to be the outline of the state, but when the state looks like a rectangle...

That's just a background for the letters - the wordmark is the alt logo.

Nice work. Maybe for Wyoming, you can just write "Wyoming" on the cake pan. No one would notice the difference since the shape is the same.

By the way, what logo did you use for Maryland? All I can make out is a crab on a red background.

I'm still seeing too much of the Carolina Panther on that map...

As for Wyoming, I found some things... granted that they are probably unintentional, but they look enough like Wyoming.

thats probably the best you are going to find. squares and boxes doesn't make very good logos.
