Tim Hortons, while their logo is red, doesn't rely heavily on red and white for their marketing. When I think of Tim Horton's I see browns; their cups, their trays, their uniforms, the donuts, the coffee! The alternate is classic! I've never heard of Baja Fresh, but from the look of the logo I'd say you captured it well. I love the checkerboard striping. It reminds me a bit of Sbarro Pizza, but that's mostly the color scheme. I love the placement of the number under the stripe, it seems to fit well there. The number font works perfectly with the logo too. Great work on yet another amazing concept! It's a really good place, I would say about 10 times better than Taco Bell. Just way, way better.
