infrared41
No walk-off needed at Wrigley today.... Cubs win again and sweep the Tribe! Congrats. Your guys swept a AAA team with a bullpen most high school teams could hang 5 runs on. All kidding aside... The first two games of that series were pretty cool if you're a Cubs fan. That makes 6 straight games I've had a rooting interest in the Indians and 6 straight losses to the Cubs and Brewers. Once again, thanks for nothing Cleveland. Now imagine being a full time Cleveland fan.

BBTV
The Phillies are horrible right now. Poor starting pitching, horrid relief pitching, injuries, hospitalizations, and stupidity have done them in recently. However, they managed to go 1-8 on this last homestand, but only lost 2 games to the Mutts in the standings! That just shows what a sad state the NL East is currently in. Coincidentally, they went through a nearly identical sucky run almost exactly a year ago, also during the second round of interleague play. NJTank
The Phillies play lately is the only thing keeping the Mets in it. With all their injuries though I doubt it will last, the line up the Mets have right now its only a matter of time before they go on a big losing streak. But if some how they stay with in a few games and get healthy in August then the Phillies better watch out. www.sportsecyclopedia.com For the best in sports history go to the Sports E-Cyclopedia at http://www.sportsecyclopedia.com
