I think they will be looking for change after thier infamous 0-16 season. I also like the white pants and woulf like to see how they would look with the blue jerseys. I also like the removal of the black. As I have said before on other threads, I don't understand why teams do black alternates when there is no black in their team identity, it makes no sense. vicfurth Posted February 2, 2009 Share Posted February 2, 2009 I like this concept. Black will never really feel like the Detroit Lions to me. I would agree about the blue pants, though. That would help distinguish them a little more from the Cowboys. I say replace the white pants with blue (and those white socks you whipped up should go with the blue pants). Krona Posted February 3, 2009 Share Posted February 3, 2009 i like it. i suggest reversing the sleeve stripes on both home and road. the thin silver line kinda washes out. i think white/home, blue/road thin stripes would pop better. same goes for the pants i suppose. i wouldnt mind seeing the hemet stripe in the same pattern as well. great look though,. i really like the white pants.
