Hoopskid
Yeah no problem, but you can keep beogradski in the logo though... just uniform would say beograd or you can change both.Prague looks good, i was kind of hoping for a dark red road uniform, but this works fine, gives the league some variety.Green is much better for Vilnius. This league is looking very cool Conrad. My only concern is if you're allowed to use parts of other logos (the nba logo), wouldn't want to see this rejected because of some silly mistake like that. Can't wait to see the whole league finished with official style guides

Ted Cunningham
I've really enjoyed looking at these concepts as they've progressed. About the uniforms: You have four lighter-than-royal blue uniforms. While the shades of blue are a little different, I don't think they're each different enough to be distinguished by the casual fan. What drove the exodus from red for the London Royals? Standing by itself, I feel the blue and silver combination is much more appealing than bright red and silver. Have you thought about using orange anywhere in this league? What about purple? (Purple is considered a 'royal' color, by the way.) I realize that those colors are far more risky than blues and reds and greens, but you've applied an interesting primary color already in a goldy-tan Prague dark uniform. The logos are all very nice and I think are solid enough for turning in (with the exception of maybe changing some colors )
Hoopskid
If London's going to be blue, then I think Moscow should be that dark red, plus Moscow's flag is dark red so it would work very well.As for the jerseys...Dracs: My only dislike is the yellow. I think it needs to be a little "cleaner" and brighter, if you know what I mean.As for London, I don't like the swords, simply because that's what's expected. If you're out of time and can't change them, they're fine, but I think something much more unique could be done. I do like the color change though.BTW you forgot to color the front of the swords on the jersey. Anyway, it's looking good man.
okiedude
I am sorry that I didn't happen upon this thread sooner to give you earlier feedback, but I wanted to give you a comment about the name for your team in Moscow. You have their team name as столичный and say that it means metropolitans, but I think the translation may be a little off and the team's name may not mean exactly what you want it to. The way you have it now, столичный is an adjective which usually applies to a city and means "capital." The noun form of the word is столица. There is a Russian noun which means "metropolitan" (митрополит), but it applies to the position within the church (the Metropolitan of Moscow, et cetera). The closest word to our English word "metropolitan" that I can think of would be гражданин, it's plural is граждане, which means "citizen." I apologize again for the late notice, but I wanted to help out if I could. I am a fellow student and I understand how much work goes into these projects. Since I've taken quite a bit of Russian, I'd like to help out if I can. Also, Serbian is officially written in the cyrillic alphabet. While the country was part of Yugoslavia and the official language was Serbo-Croatian, both the latin and cyrillic alphabets were used. Serbs are Orthodox, and therefore they have used cyrilics throughout their history (along with those from Montenegro and Macedonia) while in Croatia, Slovenia, and Bosnia the latin alphabet has been traditionally used since the Croats and Slovenians are Catholic while Bosnia has a large Muslim population (Bosnia's population is 1/3 Muslim, 1/3 Catholic, 1/3 Orthodox so you will still see both alphabets used there to a certain extent, but those using cyrillics there would generally identify themselves as Serbs living in Bosnia and not Bosnians). Generally speaking, one can tell what alphabet a Slavic people use based on whether they are Catholic or Orthodox. So Poles, Czechs, Russians, and Bulgarians are all Slavs, but the Poles and Czechs decided to accept Catholicism and therefore use the latin alphabet while the Russians and Bulgarians accepted Orthodoxy and use the cyrillic alphabet. So, long story short, you can definitely get away with using Latin letters for Beograd, but if you do use cyrillics depending on what name you chose for them the letters may be different than Russian cyrillics since Serbian ones have a few different letters.Sorry that all went so long, I was just hoping to help out if I could. Good luck on Friday! =)
eRay
I like what your are working on with the side panels, some of them are very different and would only work for the certain team. I like that. I agree that Moscow's road unis should be Maroon, or Dark Red. You have a lot of that Blue color, and the Darker shade fix doesn't change it enough. They should all use different shades too, maybe even making one of them Teal-ish. It would just help set them apart more, and it would be a tiny change that would enhance all the work you have put into this so far. I guess that's all I got for now. GL with it, finish strong. Conrad.
thanks alot for the extensive feedback guys...especially okiedude; i think its a bit late to change my moscow wording but I will definitely change in after the Show. I think I want the Metros to go away from blue altogether, so I came up with these:*made the blue an orange-red*made the maroon an indigo or a navygood? maybe one of the colors is working and the other isnt? or none at all? again, thanks for the feedback... Saintsfan
Just a quick point on the London unis, looks like you forgot to recolor the sword on the blue uni. (Especially the front view.) 2011/12 WFL Champions
okiedude
You are very welcome for the feedback, hopefully I can help out a little bit.I noticed another small thing on your Moscow logo that I didn't catch the first time. The "a" in Moscow looks very close to the Russian D "Д д," especially if the name is in all caps. The Russian letter "A" looks just like ours when it is capitalized, and I know that it is an A, but since the "D" looks different in Russian it causes some confusion. I don't think it would really matter that much now, though, since everyone reading it would presumably native English speakers/readers. I just wanted to give a little more feedback on it.As far as the logo design goes, I know you want to get away from the blue but are keeping it for now. Perhaps if/when you decide to change it later you could make the orange-red a bit lighter and put the maroon in the logo where the blue currently is. Red has been a Russian national color through thick and thin, whether on the Soviet star or on the Imperial shield with St. George slaying the dragon, and I think it could be interesting to try out the two-toned red look since it isn't done very often.I wish you all the best with your project- I just finished up my Masters' thesis (although it was in History) here this week and I know exactly how crazy everything gets right towards the end. Good luck!

I personally think that color combination could make for some very interesting and unique-looking uniforms. And on top of all that, the colors would be very fitting for a team in Moscow. I thought it would be worth at least trying it out to see what you think. Also, I just realized something else. The orange-red that you have now is very close to the actual color of St. Basil's Cathedral in Moscow, which I think is also pretty nifty.
