JQK
Dig it. I hope they keep this incarnation and don't do the usual mid-year redesign
StarrDogg
Dig it. I hope they keep this incarnation and don't do the usual mid-year redesignThey will change it. They always do. I loved the Texas Ranger Silver Badge logo for WMXXV. Then they go and change it to the ugly 25th Anniversary logo.

As for the XXVI logo, it looks amazing. To bad it'll get replaced. The WWE's graphic design team seems cursed with ADD when it comes to 'Mania logos. BadSeed84
If they go thru with this logo, it'll be the first time since wrestlemania 20, that the WrestleMania logo won't be using blue in the logo.I would like this years logo if it wasn't already done 4 years ago! The first Mania was in 1985, meaning that the 25th anniversary would have to be in 2010.

TFoA
Why do they always come up with great preliminary WM logos, and then shelve them for generic-ness?I guess that's a microcosm of the WWE right now.

Cujo
Man, that WrestleMania-Arizona logo is stellar! The only thing I see wrong with it, is that the WWE continues to clown around with this unsightly thing...
IceCap
Well Shane McMahon did design the original WWF version, so I don't see them dropping the Attitude look. Now they should go something like this....And something I was playing around with....

It'd be like the NFL shield reading "NF" -- just dumb.

It'd be like the NFL shield reading "NF" -- just dumb.I agree, hence why I added the "E" to my tweak of the "New Generation" logo. WWE's probably hesitant to go with something that looks like the word "WE" though. Which plays perfectly in what I think they ultimately should do, and return the company to its original name, the World Wide Wrestling Federation (WWWF). This is the 25th event. The 25th anniversary. You don't just add 25 to the year it first started and call that the 25 anniversary...that would always be the 26th. You have to count the first one in the year it happened. In any case, it doesn't bother me because I am not going to pay $49.99 to watch a bunch of actors act like they are hurting each other. I can go rent Bloodsport 2 for $2.99 at my local Blockbuster.

Going by your example, your first wedding anniversary would be your wedding.
